Our consultation will include a discussion of all your immigrant and non-immigrant options (not just the FSWP). We’ll discuss your eligibility to the program, process, time-frame, cost, filing strategy, probability of a successful outcome based on your work experience and profile, and your important questions.
The session will last about an hour and will conclude with a written summary, a points assessment (see below for a sample points assessment) and a recommended plan of action.
