In light of these unprecedented times brought by the Covid-19 pandemic, Global Crossing Immigration is offering confidential one-on-one telephone or video consultations in the following topics:

- Approved permanent residents whose landing date has either expired or will expire as a result of COVID-19. What steps can you take? In most cases, Global Crossing can provide sample correspondence to prolong your landing date with IRCC.
- Temporary and permanent residents who applied for a visa but cannot provide biometrics or other documents pertaining to their case as a result of COVID-19. What steps can you take? In most cases, Global Crossing can provide sample correspondence to secure your entry as a temporary foreign worker or student with IRCC.
- My visa or permit has expired, or is about to expire. What steps can I take to prolong my status? In most cases, Global Crossing can provide sample correspondence to prolong your status with IRCC.
- I’m a long-haul or truck driver, does my haul qualify for an exemption of the travel restrictions?
For the most part, we can answer all your questions during the consultation. In most cases, our consultation will include a sample letter to take to the border/airport when entering Canada. All consultations come with a written summary of the session including a recommended plan of action moving forward and a 30-day free follow-up for additional questions or concerns.
